Did you see this Twitter post?
Since it’s no surprise how backward everything is anymore, I shouldn’t find it odd that Hasbro won’t allow its customer base to offer the additional feedback they claim to take in to help them make wiser choices with HasLab projects. But you have to wonder if this post is genuine. How many times have we all screamed at the top of our lungs for a module Death Star HasLab project? What about a Chalmun’s Cantina HasLab project. And even though I have no personal interest in it, a complete 3.75-inch super-articulated Rebel Crew with Ghost vehicle? (we’ve been “campaigning” for all three since The Khetanna. These choices have all been consistently described as DREAM PROJECTS by your loyal and frustrated fan base.
Tip: a role-play item can generally NEVER be assessed as a “dream project.” The Ghostbuster backpack is an outlier. People who don’t like the film wanted that prop piece because it’s a part of pop culture, and Reva’s lightsaber is not. Also, you can’t make a Rancor without its caretakers and victims included from the start. The bonus levels should consist of distinctive things, not necessities. You’re focusing on the wrong things with your focus people.
And now, after two TVC successes and two TBS failures, you double down by denying us the opportunity to speak our voices on your Twitter post, and it confirms how little you care about our opinions. It might have been better not to comment on the failure of your last two The Black Series HasLab projects because it only makes your inability to listen that much more tone-deaf.
