In what we'll call a true "laugh out loud" moment, see what Toys R Us is sending out to customers they feel might be "in the know" to assist another group of customers with information surrounding the status of their own Toys R Us exclusive First Order Snowtrooper Commander! [It] looks like TRU can't/won't even answer their own customers' questions about the Snowtrooper. They're asking other customers to answer for them! How embarrassing and incompetent.
