It Is Incredible When Retail Shows Grace

Although we posted the Thursday alert that the Toys R Us exclusive TVC X-wing Fighter was $40 only one day/only in-store, I couldn't take advantage of the deal because (a) my local TRU was sold out of it and (b) I didn't have time to stop at a further store. However, this morning I had time to drive to the further store and graciously asked if they could match the deal advertised on Thursday only and explained my reasons why I couldn't pick it up on Thursday. (I actually showed her the JTA article as the proof!) Well, she obliged and I was able to take advantage of this great price. She even noticed a crush on one of the corners and ensured that is was OK. After all was said and done with a $10 coupon, I ended up paying $35 each for them Click through for the proof.
