Wookiee (Halloween Edition) - TBS [P4] - Six Inch Figures (Exclusive)

Alright. If you can get past the gimmicky nature of the Halloween/Holiday Edition 6-inch figures, we’re pretty sure you’ll find this one interesting. Hasbro created a werewolf-like character out of existing tooling for Chewbacca. After they designed a new head sculpt with pointy ears, they repainted the figure in gray and added a few choice accessories to complete the package. Wookiee (Halloween Edition) comes with a harness cast in brown plastic. It complements the gray fur nicely. Our favorite accessory here is Din Djarin’s beskar container; an actual ice cream maker repainted to look like a pumpkin candy collector. Hasbro thought this accessory through smartly and interestingly. It works well here. They also repainted the bogling accessory that first came with the Cal Kestis Deluxe figure, and we suppose it looks like a dark creature from the bowels of the night in some Halloween-themed environment. Although the figure comes with plenty of articulation, it isn’t meaningful, and you don’t achieve a full range of motion with most of the joints. And this is due to the fur surrounding them. It gets in the way, unfortunately. Aside from minor setbacks, we have thoroughly enjoyed the Wookiee (Halloween Edition) action figure. Yes, it’s relevant for a short time window each year, but we believe Hasbro approached this one cleverly. The Wookiee (Halloween Edition) figure is a Walmart exclusive with an MSRP of $27.99.
