Tusken Raiders - TVC - Builder Packs

Nope. What is this? A box of bootlegs? You may be interested in the latest offering from Hasbro based on Disney Star Wars. Still, if you're honest, you'll be able to admit that they've not met expectations here, especially for collector-focused action figures. From the jarring stark contrast in mixed media used to the inferior paint operations, the Tusken Raiders "troop builder" set is mostly disappointing. If you want to develop your Tusken clan, this set may meet its mark for you. But Hasbro did a disservice by not working in more colors, washes, and diversity in these tribal members. Each Tusken Raider is unique and borrows parts from previously released figures. But you'll find that Hasbro should have implemented more here. Even the weapons included in this multipack could be more robust. Hasbro included two gaderffi sticks and two sniper rifles for all four figures. With all the money they saved from the reused parts, they couldn't have thrown in a few more weapons. It's frustrating. Although each Tusken Raider is super-articulated, the lack of paint operations will leave you feeling jaded. These four figures look terrible and need to meet the quality of figures that should be part of The Vintage Collection. We have no issues with Hasbro thinking outside the box to produce a cast of characters from The Book Of Boba Fett. That's fine. But if they create figures with exquisite ornamentation and weaponry, they must step up to the plate and give the figures the deco they deserve. On a side note, one of the included Tusken Raiders in this set should have been included with the Tusken Raider & Massiff Deluxe set.
