Phase III features the top 10 choices from Phase II and will run until 11:59PM EDT September 27. From there we will determine the final ranking of candidates that we will submit to Hasbro on September 28.

Since we have to give an exact top 10 list to Hasbro, any ties in the final voting will be broken by random draw. For example, if 3 figures end with the same number of votes we will draw them from a hat to determine which ranks highest on the list.
