Surprisingly, I think the Clone Trooper is an entirely new sculpt. From the waist up he is definitely all-new, the only thing I'm not quite sure about are the legs. This surprised me, as I thought they could have just reused the Stone body with a new head. The articulation is the same as the Stone body, but this sculpt is a lot better; less barrel chested and a little less skinny. All-in-all a cool new figure. Also of note, the DC-15s blaster accessory is an all-new sculpt and looks incredible. Super detailed and very realistic!

Finally, the packaging is great. Much thinner, and less wasted space. They also have cool little transparent plastic inserts with the image of the character that are worth keeping. The directions to the card game insert (I can't even remember what it's called) are on a separate black and white slip of paper instead of on the back of the character's stats card. The card itself now has the stats on one side and just an image of the character on the other. The dice are now black and gold. Whatever...

Oh, and the new beige colored figure stands don't look right. They should have stuck with silver. Beige just doesn't seem very Star Wars-ey.
