OK, we're confessing it all before you. Here is our wrap-up of April Fools' Day. Click through for all of the details.

The untruths:

Dan Curto To Succeed Steve Sansweet At Lucasfilm, Ltd.

Our good friend Dan Curto will remain working at Rebelscum.com. We wish him continued success there! We thank him for being a good sport with our joke.

Yakface.com Changes Its Name!

A collaborative effort! Our friend Jayson Krebsbach took this to the next level. Yakface.com will not be changing to BlueSnaggletooth.com. But we'll let them explain!

Review: SW 3.75 Vintage Figure Asst Case - TVC - W2R1 (97568079F)

Believe it or not, JTA will not be adding shipment materials to our Research Droids Reviews database. If you're interested in reading this comical review, you won't be able to find it in our RDR database. Here is the link to this bogus review. (This seemed to be the hit of all of our jokes.)

Sideshow To Lose SW 12 Inch Figure License At End Of 2011

This is 100% not true. I have to credit an online coversation with Adam May from GalacticHunter.com as the inspiration behind this joke. All kidding aside, it is a possibility that because the films are coming back into a major media circuit again, that Hasbro would indeed resurrect this line. (Doubtful, but possible.)

JTA Exclusive News! Hasbro Announces New Wave Of TVC!

This is 100% false. While we would love for Hasbro to stroke our own ego and acknowledge our Special Report, none of these figures except for the Kithaba and Echo Base Trooper are confirmed for The Vintage Collection. But anything is possible, right? We have learned that Hasbro had been checking all of the awesome April Fool's jokes, so they have been reading all the wishful thinking. Maybe these jokes will inspire them to actually make these awesome characters.

Thank you to those who were able to laugh over these posts. If you've been collecting for years, this is a tradition on Star Wars fan sites. It wasn't intended to upset anyone or cause distress. Rest assured that we at JTA (as well as our friends at other fan sites) are very thankful for your patronage to our respective sites. We just wanted to let loose for a while. Mark your calendars for next year!

Be sure to check out all of the other great jokes at our colleagues' sites.
