You've read our previous report about when we contacted Hasbro about the Rocket-Firing Boba Fett debacle when the product arrived severely damaged to many collectors. And despite what we were told by Hasbro directly (that they would be unable to replace them unless the actual figures were damaged), we were amazed to find a special delivery on our doorsteps today. NO! It's 5 mint condition Rocket-Firing Boba Fett figures! They are absolutely and stunningly perfect!

All we did when we spoke to Hasbro is we asked them if they could relay the message to whomever that this was a piece designed collectors and that it was our opinion that these should have arrived in much better condition.

It pays to be professional and respectful and not lose your cool. There was no letter or anything inside and so far they haven't asked for our 5 damaged ones back yet. What an amazing gesture Hasbro! Thank you for your incredible customer-focused service! We are humbled!
