Just a little bit over a week ago we reported the sorry state of the Lars' Homestead to you and about the initiative that exists to save it.

And it seems the Force is with the plan! Mark Dermul, among others the "Trips to Tatooine" tour guide, happily reports that close to half of the budget necessary to restore the roof above the Lars' family heads has been collected in the meantime!

Of course that also means that more than half of the way still has to be gone. So ...
