now you have seen all of the upcoming boxed and carded new stuff coming in
August from Hasbro. And while we are thrilled with The Vintage Collection,
a lot of other stuff is leaving a lot to be desired. Hasn't Hasbro learned
that the cheapskate way of doing things will only hurt the line in the long
run? Can the line afford product just to clog and sit on shelves? Some of us
here at JTA became a little outraged when we saw the Hoth Assault Battle
Packs set because this is NOT what we want for our Star Wars collections.

Really Hasbro?
This is what you're starting the line off with for the hardcore collectors
that have supported you since day one? Do you think a pack like this will remotely
engage those that have strayed from collecting? This is unacceptable. We haven't
seen any new Battle Packs that are the least bit interesting for collectors.
Kids are not buying these! We are! We don't need another Hoth Biker Scout on
a Speeder Bike. Please don't alienate us any more. You are doing such great
things with the basic figure line, we have to hold you to higher standards
for the other product platforms too. You make this but won't make a Jabba's
Palace or Cantina Battle Packs set?! Ugh! Heck! Even a scene authentic Battle Packs set with Vader and three Snowtroopers would have been better than this mess. And what the heck do we call this line anyhow? The Vintage Clone Wars? Why is the line look so confusing? This clearly isn't The Vintage Collection and it's not The Clone Wars either, yet it's in The Clone Wars packaging? Help! (Don't worry, we still love you....but enough is enough.)
