     Celebrate the 30th on the 30th. The Force Among Us is having its "North suburban" premier on May 30th, 2007 at the College of Lake County, Grayslake, Illinois.      Celebrate the 30th on the 30th. May 2007 is the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars, and a new documentary about Star Wars fans "The Force Among Us" is having its "North suburban" premier on May 30th, 2007. The documentary presents a positive look at Star Wars fans, from the United States to Norway, challenging common stereotypes by presenting the diversity of Star Wars fan experiences. The film is showing for free at the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts, located on the campus of the College of Lake County, Grayslake, Illinois at 7PM on May 30th. The documentary will be followed by a conversation with filmmakers Cris and Cortney Macht, who are guests at Lucasfilm's Star Wars Celebration 4 in Los Angeles this May. There will be a raffle of Star Wars autographed items with all proceeds donated to the charity Reach Out and Read http://www.reachoutandread.org Winners must be present.
     The event is free. Free tickets are required, however. Tickets are limited and the event is expected to sell out. Tickets are available for free at the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts Box Office, or they can be mailed for a small shipping and handling fee by visiting the website or calling the box office.
