Rogue One was better than I had ever expected. And as the film continues to be digested in my brain, I once again got a little sad that I don't have a toy line to go along with this fantastic film (by "don't have a toy line" I mean a super-articulated 3.75" full range toy line). So, I thought about the Golden Age of Collecting and put together my own list of what Hasbro should have released on Rogue Friday this year. I put together two full cases of figures that not only would have saved Hasbro incredible tooling budget costs, but would have given the world a better array of characters from the film while making both kids and collectors very, very happy. Hasbro needs to get back to killing two birds with one stone again. Out of the 24 character selections I picked, only eight would need to be all-new sculpts. I am sure some of you could probably come up with awesome third and fourth waves too. These figures should all be in the Rogue One line look, or better yet, The Vintage Collection!
