Hasbro Toy Shop TBS6 Exclusives: One Damaged Order After Another

We are getting a myriad of reports of readers receiving significantly damaged Hasbro TBS6 exclusives from Hasbro Toy Shop. Some are reporting receiving boxes with holes in them and many more are submitted reports of perfect boxes with crushed products inside of them. What have been your experiences (providing you have been fortunate enough to get an order through)?

    
  



I received damaged goods from Hasbro Toy Shop, the SDCC exclusives. They have no other merchandise to switch them out. Needless to say I am annoyed.

Just got my obi wan and kylo ren exclsuives from hasbro online.. Box came in with holes..
Both figures boxes were beat up and came in box twice as big as the two figures with only a brown paper as stuffing! Called hasbro and best they could do was refund me 10% :-/.. Would have rather them just made two new boxes and send them to me!!

So, I WAS excited to get the exclusives, but 2 out of 3 items in my order were defects before being placed for shipping. I say this because there was no damage to my shipping box, but there is on both items, which happen to be the SDCC Obi Wan. I immediately called HTS & I knew the chance for a replacement was 0%, but I wanted to see what they would do, as this is an error directly on their part. All the person at the distribution center had to do is look at the box, see it is damaged and pic a different one to be shipped.

So what is the damage that was done to the items? In the pic provided, the top pic is one Obi Wan I ordered and middle/bottom pic is the other. In middle pic you can see it has been pressed down on front so table has imprint the front cover. This was not done during transit to me, as these were well packed.

SERIOUSLY @Hasbro ??? Where are quality checks? Especially on exclusives!! Even having not been exclusives, this is a company purposely charging customers full retail price for what they already know is a damaged product. I saw another user of a Star Wars Facebook group post that they received their Obi Wan with the same front card damage as mine, but well packed too. When I called, I was told they would give me 10% back, it should be more around 25-50% as they know collectors buy these for their condition. I am going to keep any eye out on social media for any others receiving damaged product, but I need a powerful voice like yours to let Hasbro higher ups know what is happening.
