Those of you looking to get your "missing" TBS6 Rey (Jakku) lightsaber won't be able to get it from Hasbro customer service. Some of our readers have politely reached out to them and received the response "the part you have requested is not available separately." Let us know if you do somehow get success otherwise!



Dear Hasbro/Star Wars merchandise representatives

I've recently learned that your Star Wars: Black Series 6" Rey and BB-8 figure, which has been selling since the Force Friday event of September 4 of last year, has recently gone through a running change to include the lightsaber she wielded in The Force Awakens (see attached photo of the boxed figure). While I'm happy to see that the figure now gives her more accessories that are true to the film, I'm disappointed that this leave my own purchased 6" Rey figure (see attached photo next to my Black Series 6" Luke Skywalker figure) feeling empty handed by comparison. I bought my Rey figure on Force Friday myself (as indicated by the date of creation on the second photo's information file) on the assumption that she would come as is and I would need to provide accessories from other figures to give her a lightsaber, and I'm a little saddened that now a new version exists that already comes with it, meaning that I would have to buy the figure again to get the lightsaber accessory.

Could it be possible for Hasbro customer service to provide people like me who have already bought the Black Series 6" Rey figure before this new revision with separate mailings of the lightsaber accessory that's included in said revision? It would be a nice gesture for us who have acquired the Rey figure already to be able to complete her armament without tracking down a second copy of the figure. I would be much more happy with Hasbro customer service if this action could be provided.
