On Tuesday, Disney CEO Bob Iger provided an update on the upcoming Han Solo standalone film. Iger confirmed that the Phil Lord and Chris Miller directed film is an "origin story about Han Solo and Chewy." Although widely assumed, this our first conformation that Chewbacca will play a major role in the movie. So there you have it. We'll be getting a Han Solo and Chewbacca origin story in 2018 (which still sounds like a terrible idea). Get the full story after the jump!
