With special thanks to the combined effort of our friends at Jedi News and Yakface for bringing this to our attention, we were able to locate the revised The Black Series [Phase II] Luke Skywalker [Wampa Attack] (#02) figure with correctly colored elbow joints. All we can say is that it makes a huge difference on the figure.
