Q: Do you have any ideas of the next big vehicle? I would like to see see the Sandcrawler or the Sail barge which could be worked into the new films. The MTT was okay, but not as iconic as either of these. I love the falcon and ATAT and somewhat enjoy the republic shutle. (Mike)

A: I don't know if or when there will be another "big" vehicle coming, but I can tell you that is there is it will NOT be the Sail Barge. After running the "Bring On The Barge" campaign, our readers have proven to Hasbro that they don't want such a thing. There were barely any signatures collected and Hasbro has said flat out that they won't be able to do it. I of course believe Hasbro would be doing a disservice to their audience if they don't bring another Original Trilogy "big" vehicle to retail again soon. Let's hope and pray that Star Wars: Rebels gives Hasbro a reason to bring us this kind of goodness. I think an updated Sandcrawler is also way overdue. I also believe that any version of an Executor is needed as well. But Hasbro just doesn't believe that certain vehicles will perform well in this day and age, much to the chagrin of all Star Wars collectors. 2012 and 2013 have been disastrous collecting years. I guess we'll all find out at Toy Fair what we will expect fro 2014. I hope Hasbro approaches the 2014 line with new eyes. Lord knows the line needs it.
