Poor longtime JTA reader SenatorTrouble really got into trouble tracking down the lastest The Black Series figures. While nowhere near enough to make up for the damage he sustained, he did find a wonderful deal at TARGET. Click through for this very bittersweet report.

Hi there JTA,

Yesterday I went on a hunt and at my second stop at a target an employee was kind enough to get me a fresh case of TBS 6" figures. They looked gorgeous in person in their pristine packaging. I chose to get all the OT figures. They didn't, however, get the 3.75" line as seems to be the case everywhere.

After that stop, I was so happy I thought I would go to another target near by in the Atlanta area to hopefully get another Santrooper. On my way to said Target a driver of a ford explorer pulls out in front of me. Needless to say I was in a lot of pain and my car is totaled. I'm lucky to be alive and as good of condition that I am in. I still consider yesterday a good day, sure my car was totaled, but I got new Star Wars action figures! Oh the love of collecting.

I just thought that I would share this toy hunt story with you all.

Oh and I found the strangest Battle Pack at the first Target I stopped at. It's the ARC-170 Elite Squad BP. I got it for $2.56.

Mmmm, waffles.....
