We brought you a report in the form of a premonition back in June. But it now looks like the premonition is coming to pass. You already know that the TARGET resets are already in motion. But some stores are receiving nada as far as The Black Series 3.75" figures are concerned. We have the reason why. So, resets are happening Target wide, and most stores aren't getting TBS 3 3/4" because they are sitting on TVC peg-warmers. Since Target didn't bother giving TBS a new DPCI, this is the state we are stuck in, until the TVC have been bought up or pulled by Hasbro Reps.

Target seems to respond to Guests IMMEDIATELY if they voice their concerns on Twitter. Maybe a multi-site "friendly" campaign will motivate them to remedy the situation.
