Our friend Frank Diorio has a great new video from Celebration VI showing off the awesome Ewok Landscaping diorama that was done there. Click through to check it out!

I have just uploaded a totally NEW video capturing the awesome creativity of the Star Wars fans who helped build the Ewok Forest at Celebration IV.

This Slideshow with personal commentary track will give you some fun anecdotes and exclusive staff behind the scenes info on how we create and organise these HUGE Lucasfilm Star Wars convention diorama workshops.

For those of you who came to build in Los Angeles... a trip down memory lane for sure, and if you weren't there, see what you missed and can come create at future Celebrations.

Star Wars Celebration IV Endor Diorama Workshop Slideshow

The Forest moon of Endor...
Back in May 2007, I (Frank Diorio) had the fortune to organize my 3rd Star Wars Celebration Convention Diorama Workshop in Los Angeles USA.

The theme was Ewok Landscaping. Using Cardboard, Paper, Broom Bristles, Bamboo Sticks, Hot Glue LOTS of MULCH and Latex Paint, the kids (ok and grown ups ;p) my team and I had such a blast. Totally blown away at the creativity I witnessed.

This was also my FIRST YEAR at ILM (Industrial, Light & Magic) which allowed me inside access to Lucasfilm and gave me the opportunity to give prizes NEVER offered to the public before like ILM Crew Gear.

Met tons of amazing people and awesome NEW friends. And I can't forget my loyal staff who help me year in and year out - Duke, Danielle, John, Mark, Scott, Chris, and of course Jamie Follis aka SILLOF, who has been helping me at EVERY workshop for 10 years now !!!)

This is what the Star Wars fans came up with in just 4 days of construction…

Hope you enjoy it. Frank.
