We want you (again)! Actually, we want your feedback on something important. Click through to see how you can help better improve the Hasbro Star Wars toy line....

Huge buckets, wrong belts, incorrect color patterns, improper scale and a plethora of other issues have accumulated throughout the years and in some ways "hurt" the Hasbro Star Wars line as far aesthetics and authenticity are concerned. As collectors, we want to see the best effort applied to our beloved action figures, so we're opening up the floor up for you to voice the things that may bother you and need correcting.... all in one place. You'll see why in a minute.

While at Celebration VI, we spouted off ideas for improvements in a spitfire fashion to the Hasbro team. They were receptive to our comments and they even jotted down a few of them. But we thought presenting them with a neat and organized list of what improvements would benefit the line instead would have a much better chance of getting applied, thereby enhancing the line. So, we're going to present Hasbro with these suggestions in a document and present it to them at 2013 NY Toy Fair. The line has come so far, but there remain issues that just don't seem to get fixed, release after release. So we thought we would do what we can to help the process along futher.

Please take a moment or two to address what you feel needs to be updated in the basic figure line. Are there some sculpts that you'd like to see retired? Are there figures that are essentially perfect except for one glaring issue (or two)? Let us know in our comments below.

Readers: Please don't use this as a forum to dig at Hasbro. We're seeking constructive crticism on how to make current figures better. That being said, please don't post comments about figures you'd like to see get made. And please be sure not to address "more" articulation in lines that Hasbro has deemed are for "kids". We are not going to waste their time with that. This isn't the point of this post. They've already addressed those points at CVI and JTA is moving along from that and focusing on things they are receptive to changing.

We will periodically post new articles linking back to this very one every few weeks or so in an effort to hopefully reach everyone who has something to offer this list. Let your desires be known of the needed improvements the Hasbro line needs to be become better than it is. We know Toy Fair 2013 is a long way off, but it's never too soon to start a process like this that will help better the basic figure lineup!

Moderation team: Please ensure that only a list is maintained here. We'd like to prevent unrelated extrapolations and sidebars in an effort to maintain as pure a list as possible.

Thank you for your time! We hope that as many people as possible participate, no matter where you live in the world.
