You're probably very aware how difficult wave 12 (the seventh wave in the red line look) of The Clone Wars line was to find at retail. In fact, there have only been five figures to date since 1995 I haven't found in stores and this wave comprises three of those. (Thankfully both Clone Commander Stone and Anakin Skywalker [Cold Weather Gear] were carried forward into the final wave of that line look.) But we have a mind-boggling foreign story for you to read about these figures. Would you believe that they figures are beginning to hit El Salvador?! Could it mean that there is indeed a supply in some warehouse in America that could make its way to discount chains? Don't get your hopes up, but this find is beyond interesting! When you live in the Outer Rim, sometimes you see bizarre product mixes at the local Walmart. Take this as an example: A mix and match of 2010 Clone Wars waves, with 2011 Saga Legends.
I was able to score some discounted items like a pair of rare Clone Wars Darth Sidious (CW45) for USD 8.00! (Trade, someone?). How can this guy be 90 bucks in eBay? Seriously!
Also available was Barris Offee (CW50) for 11.99.
Thanks for your effort in reviewing these fine figures!
Regards from El Salvador (where you have faithful followers).
