Boba Fett (Prototype Armor) New Mail-Away Packaging Not Working?

Got the three Proto Fetts today that I mailed away for back on September 7th. I used random UPCs and the first issue online form. No issues. But...
Same crappy mailing box but this time around they tried a cardboard mailing insert to try and prevent crushage. Worked on 2, failed and resulted in a bent card on number 3. Watch your mailboxes!!
