More On New Prequel Prototypes

Posted by Nick | January 11, 2009 at 10:12 PM ET

You may have read our earlier report on the new prototype images that surfaced on eBay today. Check out our in-depth analysis of the images!

eBay seller dreamcabmodel has posted numerous auctions for previously unseen figures. So what's on tap?

Here's what appears to be a new rendition of Kit Fisto, depicted with his trademark smile from the arena battle in Attack Of The Clones.

Next up are a pair of Jedi younglings. Whether or not they're part of the Bear Clan from Episode II remains to be seen. One appears to be a twi'lek youth, and the other is a human.

This next Jedi appears to be Joclad Danva, who also was part of the Geonosis arena battle. He was also prominently featured in some behind the scenes video and was notably whirling two lightsabers.

There are more Episode II Jedi on tap as well. This one most closely resembles Roth-Del Masona. A fun fact is that the actor portraying this Jedi was the personal assistant of Samuel L. Jackson who plays none other than Mace Windu.

There is also another Jedi that has yet to be identified. This one appears to be yet another Jedi from the battle in the Petranaki arena on Geonosis.

The same eBay seller also had prototype images of previously seen figures, like a prequel Yoda, Geonosian Warrior and Destroyer Droid. These figures may all be part of a series of Target exclusive 2-packs themed around the Battle of Geonosis. Hasbro has previously revealed in Q&A process that Coleman Trebor may be part of a series of 2-packs.
