Q: Hi Guys, I'm a huge fan of your site and was wondering if could help me ! I'm an Irish collector and I am looking for a contact email for hasbro customer service but I have yet to be able to find one. I want to complain about the terrible service Irish fans get. For example The Black Series has just hit our shelves and is currently retailing at €13 or $17.40 for the basic 3 and 3/4 inch line. And it won't get any cheaper. To see that they sell in the states for $10 is infuriating. And it's always this way ! Vehicles of the same class as the AAT from the 2012 phantom menace line or Anakin's Yellow Starfighter from the ROTS line always retail at €30 which converts to $40.40. These vehicles retail at $25 (or so I believe) in the states. And I'm not going to even discuss the fact that the Vintage collection never even made it to Ireland. Please help me in any way you can because I need to make Hasbro aware of just how unfair it is ! I will never be able to collect everything I want at these prices ! For me a figure at €5 or $6.70 is incredibly cheap but it seems normal in most other countries ! Once again any customer support email address you may have would be greatly appreciated.
