What's that anomaly all about?! Yes, that is a 12" scaled Utapau Shadow Trooper next to the new Commander Bly and Clone Commander by Sideshow Collectibles. It's posted as a tease at IGN and not much more is said about it, but check it out anyway! Hopefully it's not a custom!
