Review: Can-cell With Anakin Skywalker - TCW - Deluxe

Why does the Can-cell look so much cooler in the The Clone Wars line than in the Revenge Of The Sith line? It doesn't come with Yoda or Master Choi, but the "more articulated" Anakin Skywalker looks just fine even if he's missing Rotta and the backpack that houses the junior slug.
