We were surprised to witness a TARGET employee open a "brand new" case of wave 6 of TLC (The Empire Strikes Back wave) in front of us this morning and pull out a "no skirt" Hoth Rebel Trooper. These may still be shipping out there folks, so keep your eyes peeled if you're looking to add this figure to your collection. Click thumbnail below to check out this hard to find figure!
