The Black Series 3.75" Titanium Figures: Something You May Not Know?

Posted by Paul | May 03, 2017 at 06:25 PM ET

JTA reader Jaken Wraith sends us "inside the package" images of the new The Black Series die cast metal figures. The figures actually have a pretty neat feature. Can you guess by the thumbnails below? Clue, those are NOT Elan's deathsticks. Click through for more.

I call this a "feature" loosely, but it may be worthy of a post. A good thing about the 3.75" Titanium figures is the base. It actually comes with four (4) pegs to use to hold the figures in place. But the pegs come separate from the base, and the bottom of the base where they stand is sort of a grate, so those pegs can be placed anywhere to fit ANY 3.75" figures with peg holes on the feet. I know a lot of 3.75" collectors may really like that feature, as you can place your favorite Figure Version of those characters to use on the interlocking bases. It may give these more appeal for 3.75" collectors. You know where my focus is now, but I even love this about them now that I found about it. I will prob get them all just for the bases. New TVC versions of these characters would look great on all the bases together.
