Hi Paul,

The Target I found this at has received 2 cases of the 2-packs so far. This was the last of the second case. It sat unsold for about a week and turned up with a clearance sticker after that. It remained on the peg for a couple of days before (presumably) being sold. My guess is an overzealous employee saw the Prequel figures in the box and figured it should have been clearanced already. It doesn't help that they've barely gotten any new Hasbro action figure product - I can see how it would be confusing to find something hanging on the pegs.
