Swift Enough To Secure An Incomplete Captain Phasma!

JTA reader John L. was extremely excited when he was able to secure The Black Series 6" Captain Phasma from the recent Amazon sale. But he was disappointed when it arrived. Click through for his story.

This came from Amazon. It is a 6” Captain Phasma and it is missing the gun. I have seen some on eBay where the gun has slid between the legs but it is no where in the box! I tried to take the best pics i could to show you. I haven’t seen any others like this yet. Anyways, i am now going to attempt to send all the photos. I may have to send multiple emails in order to send them all.

Well the day my package came in, it was only the one Phasma and a Stormtrooper. I was really upset. i had used my rewards points to get them in the first place. Then i talked to a customer rep on chat and he tried to replace the stormtrooper with another stormtrooper. I was hot by then. I told him i would just call a supervisor later. He told me they wouldn’t do anything more than he could. I just ended the chat. Later i call in and they finally say they will have more coming and will send me a new one when they come in and to keep the stormtrooper. I have had terrible luck with Amazon with nearly every order i have had with them.
