Clone Captain Rex - Maquettes
If it’s possible for a licensee to have an unfair disadvantage with a line of products they have, the licensee would have to be Gentle Giant Ltd. and the line would have to be their gorgeous Maquettes.... (read the full review) |

R1-G4 (Tatooine Transaction) - SW [S - P3] - Basic ('04 #06)
There is one thing that collectors will never be able to take away from the Star Wars “Saga” line. And that “thing” is the wonderful sculpting Hasbro gave a large chunk of the action figures in this collection.... (read the full review) |

Ephant Mon (Head Of Jabba's Security) - SW [S - P2] - Basic ('02 #45)
With the unofficial subtitle “Fans’ Choice Figure No. 3", it’s clear that Ephant Mon (Jabba’s Head Of Security) is an action figure that Hasbro created to appease longsuffering Star Wars collectors.... (read the full review) |

Padme Amidala (Droid Factory Chase) - SW [S - P1] - Basic ('03 #04)
Take it or leave it, but many of the figures in the Star Wars “Saga” line have incredibly dynamic sculpts. Articulation clearly isn’t everything because if Hasbro can make figures look this fantastic by dedicating the process of ensuring stature and proportions are exactly right, even if that means forgoing super-articulation, then there is little room for us to find fault with them.... Darth Vader And Seeker Droid (Star Destroyer) - SW [DV/ROTS] - Mission Series (MS01)
Hasbro decided to kick off the 2013 Star Wars [Darth Vader/Revenge Of The Sith] line of action figure two-packs entitled the Mission Series with an Expanded Universe combination. Darth Vader And Seeker Droid have been joined together in a newly approached format that Hasbro hopes will engage the younglings while created angst for the adult market.... (read the full review) |

Yoda - SW [DV/ROTS] - Saga Legends (SL07)
Well, it goes without saying that if you’re a collector of a “more mature” age, Hasbro’s 2013 incarnation of the Saga Legends line is probably not for you. See, Saga Legends had a long and very rich history.... (read the full review) |

Mace Windu - SW [DV/ROTS] - Saga Legends (SL01)
Well, the format for Saga Legends has changed so drastically, it’s reached the point of no longer being recognizable. Gone are the days of receiving super-articulated figures (run-overs that couldn’t really be squeezed into the corresponding main basic figure line) in this sub-line and here are the moments to accept figures that are definitively geared for kids that there is almost no way possible to think these would interest adult collectors.... Battle Droid And Jango Fett (Geonosis) - SW [DV/ROTS] - Mission Series (MS03)
The Mission Series line is interesting at best. Why sell two figures for $10 when you can get $6 each in the Saga Legends line, especially since they are cut from the same cloth articulation and sculpt wise. Perhaps to force interaction of two figures among the kiddies, Hasbro has created an all-new figure two-pack line all focusing on a pivotal moment (or moments) somewhere within the Star Wars saga.... R4-P17 - SW [DV/ROTS] - Saga Legends (SL06)
Man oh man. Was there really a need for Hasbro to design an all-new astromech droid sculpt for the 2013 Saga Legends line? With so many wonderful sculpt already in existence, we’re not quite sure is we fully understand why the budgeting dollars were wasted on a “from the ground up” sculpt that pales in comparison to all the ones we can recall before it in our memory.... Obi-Wan Kenobi - SW [DV/ROTS] - Saga Legends (SL04)
They’re Kenner vintage action figures just like you remember them. Just different. Actually, the 2013 Saga Legends line has taken collectors on a very harsh and sudden left turn and it doesn’t look like Hasbro has any plans to put the ride in reverse.... (read the full review) |

Battle Droid And 212th Battalion Clone Trooper (Utapau) - SW [DV/ROTS] - Mission Series (MS04)
The inaugural products that fall under the Star Wars [Darth Vader/Revenge Of The Sith] line look focus on characters from Revenge Of The Sith, but Hasbro has done a great job by selecting the most recognizable characters and corresponding scenes to develop product for it.... Anakin Skywalker - SW [DV/ROTS] - Saga Legends (SL03)
If the 2013 Star Wars [Yoda/Attack Of The Clones] Anakin Skywalker 12” figure is a shampoo bottle, then 2013’s Star Wars [Darth Vader/Revenge Of The Sith] Anakin Skywalker (SL03) figure is the eau de toilette.... (read the full review) |

Shock Trooper - SW [DV/ROTS] - Saga Legends (SL08)
One of Hasbro’s most favorite Saga Legends candidates from 2007 through 2011 was the Shock Trooper. But can you fault them? These bad boy bodyguards to Emperor Palpatine are indeed one batch of awesome phase II clone troopers and it seems that Star Wars collectors could never get enough.... (read the full review) |
