The Vintage Collection Returns (For A Little While Longer....)

After going on clearance and completely disappearing altogether at many TARGET locations, TVC returns to store shelves across the country. JTA moderator Bombadgungan provides proof that The Vintage Collection is back (for now) under the same DPCI number ending in 1351.

Bombadgungan here in the Pacific Northwest. I just wanted to write in to share what I have found at my local Target store. My local store was down to just two or three Vintage Collection TPM pegwarmers after Christmas. They sold those with the $2.98 clearance in early February, after which they removed the TVC pegs. By mid-February they did a reset and kept the CW and MH in the planogram but had no pegs for TVC. A few days ago I noticed the return of the '1351 DPCI' Vintage figure price tags to two pegs in the planogram. I've been checking everyday since and today... lo and behold... Vitage figures! Wave 12, the 'Malgus wave'! Minus Malgus of course. Someone beat me to him, but I walked away with Imperial Navy Commander! :) So as far as my local store is concerned Target has not abandoned Star Wars. They continue to slog through 2012 product again this year.
