Research Droids Reviews: June 20, 2012 – June 26, 2012

Rebel Vs. Empire - ROTS - Battle Packs
Rebel Vs. Empire? Does that mean one member of the Rebel Alliance versus the Empire? We don’t know, but it probably doesn’t matter in the long run. Hasbro has cobbled together another mildly perplexing Battle Packs set loosely based on the events during the Battle of Endor.... (read the full review)

Assault On Hoth - ROTS - Battle Packs (Exclusive)
The Original Trilogy was dropped like a hot potato in an effort for Hasbro to focus all of their energies creating product for the final Star Wars film: Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith. Yet, it seemed that there existed so many wonderful concepts that they could incorporate into their newly founded Battle Packs line so they decided to add a few exceptions to the line.... Imperial Throne Room - ROTS - Battle Packs (Exclusive)
2005 was the test run year for Hasbro’s brand new Battle Packs line. Some of them blew collectors’ minds and others were just a little bit on the perplexing side. (Hindsight is always 20/20, isn’t it?).... (read the full review)

Endor AT-AT (All Terrain Armored Transport) - TSC - Vehicles (Exclusive)
Hasbro thought a little bit outside of the box during The Saga Collection. What new and invigorating ways could they present previously developed products yet make them new and fresh for collectors? We could probably make a case and point with the Endor AT-AT (All Terrain Armored Transport) vehicle.... (read the full review)

Hunt For The Millennium Falcon: Bounty Hunter Pack - TSC - Exclusive
If you’re a Star Wars collector, you likely have a soft spot for bounty hunters, especially the bounty hunters that made the briefest of appearances in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. These six memorable villains collectively comprise a most wretched hive of scum and villainy that Star Wars collectors just can’t get enough of in the basic figure line.... (read the full review)
