The Star Wars Retro Collection is inspired by the 1980s STAR WARS figures and features original figure design and detailing! Continue your collection from the galaxy far, far away!
We learn in Star Wars: Ahsoka that Marrok is a Force-sensitive warrior who served in the Inquisitorius of the Galactic Empire. Morgan Elsbeth hired Marrok to find Grand Admiral Thrawn. During this hunt, Marrok battled Ahsoka Tano in numerous lightsaber wielding duels. Marrok also has ties to Darth Sidious and hunted down the remaining Jedi after Order 66 to turn those to the dark side or kill those who refused. Although active in the Star Wars: Ahsoka series, we know little about this mysterious character. Hasbro felt the need to include Marrok into the basic figure line in multiple formats, and 3.75-inch collectors get to visit this character in the Retro Collection. It's a decent-looking action figure, but it doesn't have all the unique details of the on-screen character captured in the action figure. That said, Marrok looks familiar, and you may tie the humanoid's appearance to the knights of the Renaissance era. If you look at this figure's head sculpt, you'll think of the chainmail outfit and metal plating covering the warriors of this European period. However, Marrok is from the space age, so you'll see elements of droids, bounty hunters, and inquisitors here instead. As a result, Marrok is a unique and interesting action figure in the Hasbro Star Wars brand. If you collect such figures, we're confident you will see it as a valuable addition to the Retro Collection.
