At the infamous Black Spire Outpost on Batuu, Hondo Ohnaka started Ohnaka Transport Solutions to run contraband throughout the galaxy.

It appears that most, if not all, of the figures from the Galaxy's Edge exclusive The Black Series 6" sets are getting released one by one singly as TARGET exclusives. Thanks to Hasbro's steady schedule releasing them as part of the Galaxy's Edge Trading Outpost boutiques at TARGET, almost nothing remains exclusive in them now. It's probably best for everyone that these figures get re-released and make their availability more widespread. When you're a collector, there isn't much else more annoying than missing characters you want for your collection because they're exclusively available at a theme park you'll never visit. So, the Galaxy's Edge Trading Outpost collection gives everyone a second stab at these cool action figures. The only thing working against them is the $24.99 MSRP, but this seems to be TARGET's fault and not Hasbro's. No 6" figure is worth $25, and they need to find a way to make them more affordable so that the line doesn't price out the collector base inadvertently.

What if it took Disney's complete control over Star Wars for Hasbro to bring us a stunning realistic The Black Series [Phase III] 6" figure of Hondo Ohnaka? In that case, we'd say it was a win for collectors because Hondo Ohnaka may be one of the collectors' prized possessions for the 6" line. Still, longtime fans of The Clone Wars fell in love with this character years ago, and it's fantastic to see the first realistic and super-articulated version of this space pirate in any scale, quite honestly. Hondo Ohnaka made its debut as one of the "five" figures in the Smuggler's Run multipack, an exclusive for Disney's Galaxy's Edge theme park. Now Hondo Ohnaka is available singly as a TARGET exclusive, and everyone seems happy about this figure's inclusion in the lineup. Originally the only figure with all-new tooling in the Disney Parks exclusive set, Hasbro amortizes their tooling costs by re-releasing Hondo Ohnaka as an exclusive at TARGET. Hasbro also released a different version of Hondo Ohnaka in The Vintage Collection.

Hondo Ohnaka is faithful to both the character in The Clone Wars television series and the animatronic puppet at Galaxy's Edge. Hasbro beautifully designed the action figure, and it's quickly become one of the most excellent looking figures in a long time. It's taken Hasbro a long time to get characters from The Clone Wars at a regular pace into the 6" line, but this is turning around for collectors in 2020. Hondo Ohnaka comes with a removable overcoat shell and a blaster pistol (that your house in the shell), and that's it. We were disappointed to see that the figure's hat and goggles aren't removable, but perhaps Hasbro took this approach with the intent to keep the aesthetics as clean as possible. But we'd be lying if we said we didn't prefer more removable accessories. The rest of Hondo Ohnaka's costume is stunning as well. Hasbro worked in details that many will take for granted, and they didn't hold back the full-color palette utilized to bring Hondo Ohnaka to life. The absence of Pilf Mukmuk is the greatest travesty here, but oh well.
