It is difficult for scoundrels to remain neutral in the ware between First Order and Resistance, and Zorii Bliss and the Spice Runners of Kijimi must soon take a side.

Because of the larger scale, The Black Series 6” line can take figures where The Vintage Collection line cannot, or perhaps where Hasbro chooses not to go in the smaller 3.75” super-articulated scale. Whatever the reasoning, The Vintage Collection collectors were blessed with the first Zorii Bliss action figure, and they did a remarkable job with it. But now, Zorii Bliss has been taken to the next level. By adding a removable visor, Hasbro utilized their fan-approved Photo Real technology and provided us the face of Kerri Russell underneath of it. And the final results are astounding. As mentioned, the beautiful Kerri Russell plays Zorii Bliss who first appears to be an antagonist in the final chapter of the Skywalker saga, but ends up being one of the members of the team. Looking a lot like some perfect combination of the Rocketeer and Episode III opera patron, we don’t know much about this intriguing character, aside from the fact that she had a previous relationship with Poe Dameron. With a similar style and body frame to Zam Wesell from Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones, we think of her as some type of bounty hunter, but the flashy costume makes her feel like a misfit when compared to the others in her immediate group.

The Black Series [Phase III] 6” Zorii Bliss action figure looks to have a markedly slimmer frame than actress Kerri Russell. We’re not claiming that Kerri Russel is a large woman or anything. Still, the features of the action figure are extremely petite and offer a framework that is about half the size and thickness of any male action figure entered into the line thus far. We believe you’ll be quite surprised by her thin, athletic, and overall tiny stature. Still, Zorii Bliss has a very lean and athletic build at the same time. Hasbro managed to hide most of her joints seamlessly, but the double-hinged knee joints are still problematic. Some of Zorii Bliss’ wave mates have enhanced knee articulation. It’s a shame Zorii does not. With relative ease, you can take advantage of the full range of movement that the articulation points offer. Whether crouching, leaping, running, or standing at attention, Zorii Bliss is a beautiful action figure. We’re especially impressed with the figure’s head articulation. The double ball-socket articulation allows you to pull the figure’s head up or push it down, and you get a wide range of movement that is humanlike. You’re going to appreciate what Hasbro worked into this action figure fully. And if you didn’t appreciate Episode IX, you’ll still love this figure.

Zorii Bliss’ costume is beautifully replicated from this on-screen costume. The character wears a skintight outfit that hugs the lean frame. The uniform is adorned with gold details around the arms, as well as a collar around the figure’s neck. Zorii Bliss also wears a golden helmet, which gives it a strong tie to the ancient Egyptians. At the same time, however, Zorii Bliss has a western feel as well. The two “cowboy” blasters fit into two holsters that accompany the figure. The weapons are thin, but they fit into the holsters wonderfully. Zorii Bliss also holds them remarkably well. You’ll also find that this character has a strong Prequel Trilogy vibe, and we’re not sure how well that will pay off in the Sequel Trilogy over time. Zorii Bliss didn’t have the most meaningful character in The Rise Of Skywalker, but she provided enough to the storyline to keep her interesting. We believe the action figure will do similarly for collectors. We don’t feel that Zorii Bliss will fall by the wayside like Vice Admiral Holdo, and sadly, Rose Tico. She may have more staying power. As far as The Black Series [Phase III] 6” Zorii Bliss figures, it looks great, and you’ll be successful posing it in your collection. You’ll also enjoy this figure too. Isn't that all that matters?
