The Droid Depot Droids multipack features two all-new sculpts for the Disney line. Based on characters from Galaxy’s Edge, this five-pack is colorful, diverse, and comes with one massive droid. It also includes a new R1 unit in the same color scheme as the character we see in A New Hope. Disney coincidentally made the same error on this character as Hasbro did on their version too. (more….)

The best 3.75″ super-articulated 4-LOM action figure that money can buy is a Disney Parks exclusive in the Droid Depot line. We say that admitting the deco isn’t accurate. Forget about The Vintage Collection version — it’s pitiful by comparison. See why you’re going to want this new 4-LOM action figure, and perhaps in multiples for your collection. If Hasbro is smart, they’ll ask Disney to borrow this tooling and get it into the reborn TVC lineup stat. (more….)

There is going to be a lot of barking and clapping for The Vintage Collection Tantive IV Corridor playset. It could have been a whole lot better. And the pack-in figure enrages us. Hasbro is still playing the scam game of making you buy “one half for the price of one whole.” It should be two for the price of one instead. (A more expanded gallery is coming soon!) (more….)

Meh. Some will really like the Incinerator Trooper from The Vintage Collection. But we had higher hopes for it. Maybe it’s because we can’t find this figure anywhere that we cannot fully appreciate or enjoy it? (more….)

The Amazon exclusive The Black Series [Phase IV] Speeder Bike/Scout Trooper & The Child is pretty nice in some regards, but a disappointment in others. Is it worth $49.99? (No.) Did we need this set to complete an important scene from The Mandalorian? (Yes.) (more….)

We wanted to give The Black Series [Phase IV] Jar Jar Binks a perfect score, but unfortunately we cannot. As if the $29.99 MSRP isn’t egregious enough, the figure has a facial expression that’s odd (Jar Jar looks quite glum), and the paint operations aren’t totally right. The figure comes with too few accessories for a “deluxe” figure as well, even though they look great. But there is a great deal of positive here too. (more….)
