Toy Run Tuesday #13 - Cheese and the Rise of Boba

Hello toy runners! Thanks for coming back to another Toy Run Tuesday. I have a figure and a ship to share with you this week, so please click through for some photos! Once you’ve taken a look at my finds, please share yours in the comments!

First off I wanted to share a wonderful Goodwill find. This is the Slave I from the Clone Wars Ultimate Battle Pack, The Rise of Boba Fett. It’s clearly missing its wings, but never fear, they are in the mail from eBay as I type this. For $6, though, I couldn’t pass up this huge ship. 

The other thing I wanted to share was my GOUD type mouse droid that I finally got around to painting. I had these printed way back in the 4th TRT, and have now glued each one together and painted the one. Slopping on acrylic paint and then using fine-grit sandpaper for several layers helps to hide some of the print lines. I named my mouse droid GOUD-A, because puns.

I’m moving this weekend, so my other projects are packed away. My first project will be to build and paint my 1:18 3d printed Death Star cannon from Krazy D’s Kustoms. We’ve all been eagerly awaiting the new waves of TVC and TBS for Force Friday. In the last week though, what have you been doing in regard to your Star Wars collecting?
