Hasbro apps page have posted an update to the Force Link 2.0 functionality. It states: Congratulations on your purchase!

Sound FX for Force Link 1.0 toys and Force Link 2.0 Han Solo figure (included with your Force Link 2.0 Starter Set) are available now through the existing app.

The app update that will give you all other Force Link 2.0 Sound FX will be available on or before May 1.

We’re working hard to fix this so that you have the best experience possible. Thanks for your patience.

Unlock the full power of your FORCE LINK™ 2.0 wearable technology with the FORCE LINK™ app! Use the app to keep your FORCE LINK™ 2.0 (sold separately) wearable technology updated with the latest phrases and sound effects from the Star Wars galaxy and bring the action to life!

I don’t know how you feel about this, but I think it’s bad form to release something that doesn’t have full functionality.

I am only of average intelligence, but the Force Link 2.0 is something I just cannot figure out to save my life. I have talked to other like-minded intelligent people, and other super-smart friends, and they cannot figure out the app update either. I think Hasbro dropped the ball on this Force Link 2.0 Starter Set. But I would like to be proven wrong. If this is a manufacturing error, then a statement should have been released. I find it sad that consumers are plopping down $30 for this set and so far it only works with the figure included and some older Star Wars [The Last Jedi] basic figures. Hasbro, please advise us on how to get this thing working. Thank you! (If any readers have figured this out, please give us directions!)

Review: Wampa/Luke Skywalker (Hoth) - SW [TLJ] - Deluxe

Wow! The Wampa/Luke Skywalker (Hoth) set is stunning. It’s hard to believe it’s part of the 5POA format. See why this is a must-have release from Hasbro. It’s better than you think it is and will complement The Vintage Collection line perfectly. Learn more in our Research Droids Reviews today!
