It looks like the Walmart Exclusive Clone Wars 6-inch General Grievous is now shipping (and arriving) on doorsteps. If you had this on pre-order then check your shipping status. If you still need this, I would keep an eye on the product page. When Walmart’s exclusives start shipping they also usually go back in stock for a short time (Almost the entire TVC Clone Wars wave is still available to order).
