Many of you are sending in reports of finding an "unannounced" Walmart exclusive three-pack, but JTA broke the news of this set on October 1st. Check out the article HERE. The news now is that it is being found! Thank you for your store reports!

....While half the country hasn't either seen any, or anything beyond the Finn/Poe wave. Look what JTA reader and friend Josh P. found at his local Walmart in Ohio. Walmart is once again CLUELESS! They're almost as bewildered as Hasbro for even giving them this cherished action figure format.
Thanks to reader Craig N. for letting us know Walgreens has a 25% coupon for use in-store and online! The coupon is good through Saturday. Click here for details.

JTA reader H. Costanza lets us know he found the the Black Series wave 9 (Sabine wave) at his local ThinkGeek brick-and-morter store is Hurst, TX. (Looks like he missed Darth Revan by just a few minutes.) Do you have a ThinkGeek store near you? Find out by clicking this link!

Looks like Target & Walmart are the places to go for your Black Series needs. Colin reports finding the Krennic Wave at a Piscataway, NJ Target. JTA reader Anton L. reports finding almost an entire platoon worth of the Walmart Exclusive Scarif Stormtrooper. Thanks to both for the store reports! If you find anything new and exciting in your area, let us know.
At my local Target I found the Scarif Stormtrooper Squad Leader and Director Krennic 6” Black Series figures, (They had C3PO, but I’m passing on that one.) Also, Target was running a special for 20% off all toys (excluding some games and Legos). I ended up saving $4 per figure. Look for signage at your local Target and text the code for a scannable coupon on your phone.

Those of you who have TARGET's Cartwheel app are in for a real treat. Today ONLY (and I believe in store only), there are offering a one-time coupon of 30% off toys – it excludes LEGO unfortunately. If you don't have the app, there are directions at the brick and mortar location to text PLAY to 827438. I just took advantage on this deal. It was super cool. Remember, its' TODAY ONLY and a ONE TIME USE, so choose wisely.

Looks like reader Corey P. scored the newest 6” Black Series figures at the Minneapolis Mall of America GameStop. Congrats Cory, and thanks for the heads-up!

We know TARGET is getting older stock, but is Walmart also getting old product too? We have a report of some orange packaged stuff, and not the blue phase of The Black Series has just been found as well. What is going on here? This report is from James S., and we're trying to find out his location.

File this under: You'll never know what you find years after the fact. JTA reader joshxdestroy stopped by a Walmart in South Carolina and found these items in the clearance racks. The associate told him that they just found these in the back stockroom.

Store reports galore! The newest wave of the Black Series 6” figures have been found at a Target in Columbia SC by reader joshxdestroy. Walmart in East Brunswick NJ had “a ton” of the newest cases of the exclusive Black Series 3.75” figures according to reader Colin. Last but not least, Corey M. reports that the Target exclusive Black Series 6” 3-pack is on sale for $54.99. A big thanks to all for sending in those reports!
JTA Canadian reader Anthony has written in to let us know that new The Black Series [Phase III] stuff is hitting left and right. Click through for his report!

We have received additional store reports for the Jyn Erso/Imperial Death Trooper of Walmart exclusive 3.75" figures. We now have reports from California and Washington state. They've yet to hit the Philly area, but then again I haven't seen anything since Han Trench Coat. (UPDATE: Pal Mike L. from GA has also found them!)

If you are still looking for the Toys R Us exclusive Hovertank Pilot it might be time for another check. JTA reader Mark's local Toys R Us in Frisco, TX had a squadren of them on the shelf... Thanks for the store report Mark! And making us all feel bad that our Toys R Us shelves don't look like this! Now if we can just get Walmart to start putting out that Scarif Stormtrooper!

As we wait for more contrarians to say that these signs ALSO aren't for the products underneath of them, we have a report from JTA reader Damian V. that more Rogue One and Pop! clearances have been spotted.

JTA reader Tommy W. has been so frustrated lately looking for new Star Wars stuff, especially the TRU exclusive Imperial Hovertank Pilot. After calling incessantly for weeks and still being told no, he went to his nearest store (far away from his home) and found a nice chunk of stuff we needed. Don't give up the fight like we have folks. It may just arrive one day!

A The Black Series 6" group on Socialite Media has reported that the C-3PO Walgreens exclusive figure has arrived. There aren't any other confirmed reports yet, but it looks as if it's about to hit soon, both brick and mortar and online!

JTA reader Toyfiend from Instagram (what is that?) sends us images of the latest The Black Series [Phase III] figures which arrived to his store. It looks like they're on their way now! Keep a look out folks!

I just got from a much-needed vacation and I feel like "disqusing" something controversial. For collectors that have been collecting the modern Hasbro stuff since 1995, nothing is more grating to our ears than newbie collectors telling us what the collecting community wants and how 6" is "where it's at...." I have digressed already. I didn't mean to go for the jugular right away. Images have been circling around aSocial Media like this one showing that BRAND NEW figures are marked down to $5 a piece. This couldn't be more of a loss to Walmart (in this case). 3.75" super-articulated figures would be nowhere found for the Rogue One launch. Heck, 3.75" super-articulated figures never got anywhere this cheap YEARS after they hung on pegs! When you see prices like $14.99 dancing around, sure, that's competition to have the lowest price. When you see $5, it means total failure (at that particular store and maybe more) or that this line just isn't what people think it is. Let the trolling begin!
JTA reader Adam sends us an image of a Walmart Rollback for the Imperial TIE Striker. While it's possible (and likely) that markdowns like this are all part of the retail scheme, it shows us one thing in particular: these new ships are too dang expensive. Even this price is too expensive for our tastes.

Constable Zuvio makes a return to retail (or maybe he just never left). See what's wrong in the picture below. Oh, and apologies in advance for this hate-filled post I created! (Special thanks to JTA reader Vince W. for the image!)
JTA reader Derek found this new Galactic Heroes two-pack at TARGET. He expressed that in typical Hasbro fashion this item is two years too late as The Inquisitor died at the end of season 1. Since season 3 just started, we wonder if this was the best choice for a kids' toy. And does a release like this build a new generation of young customers for Hasbro?

JTA reader and good friend Chris S. sends an image of what his local Walmart looks like. His Walmart didn't put anything out on Rogue Friday, and then put out this self-shipper loaded with product a couple of days late. A grand total of four figures have sold from this display (and he lives outside of a major city). Chris is convinced that this perceived pile-up wouldn't had happened at all if these figures were super-articulated 3.75" figures. Obviously this is one instance, but what are you seeing in your area? I can't comment as I see nothing in the Philly area except for a couple of TARGET stores, and they're only loaded up with six different 5POA figures. And three of my local TRU stores are frustrated because they haven't received anything substantial in their stores yet. Is it too soon to comment about a potential lackluster performance of the Rogue One products? Is it flying out of stores where you live? Is TBS6 performing well in your area? Are people waiting for this film this time?

Close personal friend and JTA reader Chris S. was so browbeaten by the tone of so many conversations in our article surrounding back-door early purchases of Rogue One products that he's been inspired to follow suit. He writes "I'm going to bring two Hot Wheels cars up to the self check out to buy these (shown in image below). #BetterThanAScalperGettingThem".
