Perhaps Hasbro didn’t learn their lesson after the global failure of the Radio Control Hailfire Droid. Not only was that vehicle NEVER seen in The Clone Wars franchise, it was expensive, inauthentic thanks to its chubby proportions and it just wasn’t a popular enough vehicle to make a big splash in the 3.75” scaled Hasbro line.... There seems to be a pattern with a few of the figures in The Phantom Menace wave of The Vintage Collection. They all have “Expanded Universe” elements added to their movie-specific appearances.
