OK folks! Here are the preliminary rules for the JTA Facebook Friends contest. Click through to read them! Keep in mind we're not giving much away yet, but this will give you a baseline idea of what is getting planned.

The duration of the contest will be between the hours of 12 AM (EDT) Saturday through 11:59 PM (EST) Sunday. All ten (10) items will be given away during these times.

You’ll have to stalk our front page. We will be posting clues on our front page with links to take you to “other places” including mostly our Facebook page, but we will send you off course to these so-called "other places". Think of yourself on a mission of sorts. Once you successfully arrive after clicking the link, follow the directions there. You can certainly follow the front page posts on our Facebook page, but keep in mind that while all front page posts get copied to our Facebook page, there is a delay which could slow your chances at winning. We expect to have high traffic this weekend, so we’d suggest sticking to us like glue.

We want everyone to feel as if they had a fair chance to win each prize we offer. In order to do this, we are going to allow the first five (5) people to successfully complete a mission. These first five “mission completers” will be placed in a raffle and from that a winner will be determined.

All winners will be announced some time on Monday, November 7, 2011, so stay tuned for the results and winner announcements.

Apologies if we seem so cryptic at the moment. The directions will be clear once posted and the level of difficulty will mostly be easy and for the rarest/most expensive prizes the missions will be more challenging.
