Hi Paul,

Well,I got a response from Hasbro, but it wasn't from the one I showed you, it was from my first one a week earlier, of course I take whatever they say with a grain of salt and we will have to see what you see and hear at NYCC this weekend, but enjoy. Will be interested in what you think of their response.

Daryl

Hi Daryl,

Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding the Star Wars line.

We are sorry to hear you have a hard time finding certain Star Wars figures and can fully appreciate your frustration. Consumer satisfaction is very important to us. Please be assured we have forwarded your comments to our management team so that they are also aware of your views, concerns and request for better availability for these figures.

We want to assure you that we are dedicated to maintaining quality products and service.

Again, thank you for contacting us, and for your comments.

Thank you for sharing your feedback from Hasbro, Daryl. To be honest, I didn't expect anything more from Consumer Affairs. They are a frontline fielding team and not able to remedy and real issues. It is quite possible that enough comments will prompt Hasbro to work harder at getting the stuff to retail. Keep your comments coming everyone!

Paul Harrison
