You may be happy or disgusted over this year's Saga Legends cast, but one thing is for sure: thank goodness Hasbro has thrown some "new" figures into the mix to make it a little more interesting and change it up a bit! IG-88 has more differences than what our cameras picked up. There is a significant amount more rust on the new 2010 model, especially in the head. The red paint used to decorate his photoreceptors are brighter and his bandolier has been cast in a darker plastic as well as painted in a darker paint where the grenades are. The silver looks to be a different shade as well, but the light could be playing tricks with our eyes. But bottom line, there are definitely some differences here from the VTSC figure. And the new action figure stand it comes with is superb for his body type!
