Hasbro's Q&A

Don't forget, you can submit questions in our forums and we'll try to get as many as possible submitted to Hasbro. We can send only three questions per week, so make sure they are good ones! Now, on to this weeks Questions and Answers directly from Hasbro.

Q. It's been about 16 months since we got a first glimpse of the Ratts Tyerell figure in the Hasbro Star Wars presentation at 2009's NY International Toy Fair.  And since that time he was swapped out for an alternate pod racer, Clegg Holdfast.  But we're left wondering whatever happened to Ratts Tyerell?  Will this unlucky pod racer see the light of day in the Vintage Collection?  And how does he measure up in terms of stature to other figures?

A.
Ratts will indeed be coming in the Vintage collection in later 2011.  As for stature, he is in proportion to other figures, in other words, he's slight.  We're looking at packing him out with a Pit Droid to fill out his pack.

Q. Just when we thought you were going in the most perfect direction for exclusives and multipacks, we learned that the Ewok Speeder bike set with Oochee and an Ewok multipack have both been delayed or shelved. Why are you doing this? An Ewok set is severely long overdue and while many fans are closet Ewok fans because they are too embarrassed to admit they love Ewoks, we all want more of these fur balls in our collection. Some vendor must be able to pick these up as exclusives. Can you work extra hard to get these out to us?

A.  We did not shelf the sets; the retail that the sets were proposed to passed on the idea (they have every right to decide what they want to take the risk on carrying) and as such the set was shelved.  We will take another crack at it, because it's excellent.  It was not an Ewok Speeder Bike set, though.
