If you have already purchased the 12" Imperial Stormtrooper from Sideshow Collectibles, chances are you may already be aware of the paint-chipping issue on the hands. Many of the figures' hands were cast in white plastic and painted black and easily chip when another object brushes against them, including the Stormtrooper's own blaster rifle. But Sideshow's excellent customer service department is sending out replacement hands (this time cast in black plastic) to those in need.
