Moroff
Moroff was a male Gigoran mercenary who was active during the Age of the Empire. During that time, Moroff sought out combat zones to sell his brawn and firepower to anyone who required it. Moroff believed there was money to be made for a heavy gunner.

Rebel Commando Pao
An amphibious Drabata, the fierce commando Pao charges into battle with a full-throated battle cry of “Sa’Kalla!” He joins the Rogue One team on its historic mission to secure the Death Star plans.

Bistan
Bistan was a male Iakaru who served as a soldier in the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War, and took part in the theft of the plans to the Death Star.

“It wasn’t like, ‘We’ve got this character, we need to design a creature for it, and here’s what this creature’s like.’ It was more like we told the creature department to come up with a thousand ideas, and then it was like casting the movie. There were walls and walls of these different types of characters that we could’ve picked from. We just went through them, like, ‘God, he’s fascinating…. Who’s that…? And she looks amazing…! And what’s that there?’ Slowly, we got it down to our top hundred, and then it got even more refined.” - Gareth Edwards
